Works great in our office
I've used this for about a dozen beers. Everything works very well. The only point of criticism is that a lot of condensation collects on the panel above the coffee grounds container. So you have to wipe it at least daily. Also, I prefer it over a comparably priced bunn due to the stainless steel aesthetics and construction which is much easier to keep clean for long periods of time.
