The time delay between emails was ridiculous, it took me over two months to come to a decision on a warranty replacement for my DVR. I haven't had a working camera DVR system for two months. Also, after the swap, the system is working great, the cameras are clear and I love that we also have a system viewer app. The night vision part is great too, it's nice that the light stays in color rather than black and white. Contacted update support regarding the service received and found a satisfactory solution on both sides! I appreciate it too. For that I give 5 stars
