Very comfortable, preferably cotton, not synthetic, looks good. The cuffs on the wrists and ankles are made of elastic, unfortunately the seams on the cuffs on the ankles began to come loose in several places after a few days. The lace and zipper appear to be made of quality material. The running tights are a bit small so I had to take a size up than I usually wear.
