Waist Trainer best in my review
I like this trainer. I had another that you had to put it on like a pullover and it was a pain to take off after using. This is easy due to it opens in the front. It does make you sweat when using. It’s soaking wet after a workout and I feel it does help with the waist area. Would recommend.
