UPDATE 11/04/2019. I had to contact support again because the dryer sensor was not responding. I received a response almost immediately with a troubleshooting video that suggested checking the specific tab and battery installation. That was the problem and the device works again. I have never seen such a responsive company here! This will be a great Christmas present! I wasn't even sure if something like this was even available. I was expecting something that would just let me know the dryer had stopped. The fact that it notifies you when your clothes are dry even if the dryer is still running was a bonus. I always "let it cool" which I now know was a waste of time and energy. It was tricky to set up as there is very little evidence that the device is actually connected (or not). If I had only tried it, I would have found that it already works. I contacted the company via email and the response came very quickly and got me to work. I'm definitely glad I bought this!
