Looks good but wobbles a bit

Looks good but wobbles a little because of the slanted legs. I would like the legs of the chair to be a bit higher because my 42 year old 4 year old will be outgrowing the chair very soon. The seat is 10 inches off the floor. There is enough space at the table for a higher chair.
