Apparently the mattresses in Paris are a bit thinner than in the States. The duvet is a bit short and doesn't fully cover the top mattress on either side. The sheets on the bottom naturally tend to burn the mattress, making it stretchable for two weeks and also a bit short. However, if I turn the position of the ceiling towards the door (i.e. the edge on the opposite side is slightly raised), it looks nice when I enter the room.
