The bottom grille of each drawer in the two units I ordered is badly deformed and there is no way to remove the deformation. One is worse than the other and I have to press the K cups to depress the net and make the drawer close. They then hit the top of the device when I open it. As for the frame, both units were bent on arrival and the drawers didn't slide out. After some pliers and elbow grease, they now open and close fine (except when they have K-cups in them and the mesh pushes them all the way to the top of the device). The front of one box is mostly flat, while the front of the other protrudes at the bottom edge - the box itself is welded askew to prevent it from being bent back. I will no longer buy storage boxes for things I can't inspect in store.
