Nothing good, worked 2 hours, and then broke!

Got insurance cover, worked about 2 hours, then suddenly stopped. The keyboard doesn't charge, so I can't connect it to my iPad, nor does the backlight work. I loved it for the only hour of use I got from it. And he didn't fall, and there were no effects on him - he just stopped working. I repeatedly tried to restore it, even contacted the sellers. This is not good.
