I bought this for my non-Travelpro carry-on, it stays in my suitcase as a permanent insert for regular travel items such as eye masks, adapters etc. One of the reasons I didn't want to use your hard case - Due to the lack of an organizer - Pocket under the lid, this organizer solves this problem. My tough side is the smaller 20" "international" organizer, but the max sized organizer fits in comfortably. The Travelpro max remains my carry-on, the hard side is for short flights on small planes because I don't want to risk my Travelpro going into the hold ;-) "Max Size" refers to the Travelpro Max case. Carry-on, this organizer comes with the Max. However, because the lid does not extend the full length of the bag, the Max organizer fits most carry-on bags, including international and world sizes. With these organizers, Travelpro has created a much-needed niche.
