I was so excited to have them all over my house that I bought several packs. Unfortunately, it also means I was heavily dependent on the remote (as opposed to manually turning it on and off, which would have been too cumbersome). The remote control is so incredibly unreliable and the lights turn off randomly for no apparent reason that it's not worth it, although I like everything else about them (dimmable to multiple levels, easy to install, etc.). If you want to toggle them on and off manually and only use one level of brightness, they should be fine.
