One size fits all but if you have thick ankles they will NOT show off ruffles. I have a thick ankle with wide feet, size 11 for women. On my ankle, no matter how low or high I put it, the ruffles are not visible. They are sewn to the band when my ankles are spread wide, the ruffles fit snugly around my ankle, they look like regular socks and won't work on thick ankles. Very disappointed that no additional sizes were provided. If you have fairly small ankles, the ruffles will be visible. I took a picture of the sock on my hand to make sure the tip wasn't tangled. Not suitable for thick ankles
