These headphones are really good in both sound quality and noise cancellation. Various sizes of rubber ear tips were included, so there is something for every ear. I had to choose a medium size which isn't always included so I'm glad I got the perfect fit so they fit the watch comfortably. I also like the shape because the insert sits on the other side of the small electronics housing so it fits comfortably in the crook of my ear and I can even lie down with it. I can say that they are definitely beat packed on the electronic part because the bass really smacks, especially when listening to any genre of bass heavy beats. The noise cancellation really improves the sound quality too, as I couldn't hear kids playing upstairs, building downstairs, or even hearing my mom talking in the same room. I will use them all the time for study and play, I highly recommend them. The price is very nice!
