Heavy duty insect repellent bag suitable for tactical bags and backpacks

This is another great bag from Red Rock Outdoor Gear. I bought this for a 72 hour bug bag and it has enough space for everything I might need. Just like the EDC bag I bought from Red Rock, it was well constructed (600 denier, which is a measure of thread count) and could probably be used hard and put away wet, although I wouldn't recommend it. I hope I don't have to need this anytime soon, but if we have another big storm like Hurricane Sandy, that's the first thing I grab. The back has room for a hydration bladder and plenty of pockets for everything else. If you're considering a bug repellent bag and aren't trying to be a gray person, this is the one for you. I wish I could see more gray bags this size without spending $80-$100 or more on MaXpedition. So if you listen to Red Rock, you've heard it here.

Pros
  • Don't waste too much time
Cons
  • Functionality
