Danger of suffocation - small screws fell out

SECURITY QUESTION: I don't often write product reviews. However, this is a serious security issue, so I felt I had to say something. A few minutes after giving it to my 15 month old I noticed a small screw in the tub. I realized it was coming from one of the turtles. I thought it was an accident, then noticed the second one in the bathtub. Such a dangerous choking hazard! Also, oddly enough, it holds water and doesn't drain.
