Review on Realistic 17In Silicone Baby Doll: Vollence Soft Reborn Girl, Non Vinyl Material by Robert Kimble

So first time I ordered was sent a doll that had been sent back by a customer and they repackaged and sent it out to me by mistake. Now this time I recieved a doll that was just as stiff as last doll with major defects worst than the first and the box was broken and dented and wet when I recieved damaged no packaging was wrapped around doll and it was devastating as this was the second time I purchased and have to send back again due to this and my daughter still has no doll for Christmas! Now this doll has dents all in her face big nicks of silicone is missing from her face arm and foot and back of head. Just look at all photos. I was promised a soft floppy silicone doll and as you can see I definitely didn’t get that. Now at this point I think they send the vine members better quality dolls that are soft and floppy and send us the ones that spend our hard earned money to receive such a disappointment of a doll that’s not at all what they advertise is sad to say the least I honestly at this point do not know how they can make this right but in no way will I purchase from them again if they wanna send the vine members better quality to get a good review and send poorly made dolls out to the ones who actually purchase these dolls. You should make this right but I am sending this one back sadly!
