Review on 🔧 iFixit Pro Tech Toolkit: The Ultimate Electronics, Smartphone, Computer & Tablet Repair Kit by Eric Chapman

I really like the IFixIt tools. This kit is pretty cool. I bought it about 6 months ago and I use it every day! I also use a smaller set with a smaller set of screwdrivers that I've had for over a year now. I only have 2 complaints. I swear in this set the metal that makes up the punches is softer than in the smaller/older set. I've never bent or broken my previous kit, but this one I opened the laptop case a few days after it arrived (a laptop I've opened multiple times!) This kit! I was pretty annoyed about that! Then a few weeks later I bent one of the flatheads too! What the hell! Now I'm trying to be MUCH more careful, but why is this NEW/PLUSER set of tools lower quality than the OLD/LESTER/CHEAPER? more sticky. Once you open it and try to close it again, it barely closes completely. If they used 1/4 inch more fabric that wouldn't be a problem, but for me I either have to tug on the material very hard to close it or risk opening it in my pocket - and the magnetic one Cap on the screwdriver bits doesn't hold very tight, I don't think it will stay closed if you turn the box upside down! Other than those two complaints, it's great and I love it so much!
