Medium received and washed cold, dried on low. It has decreased in length. At 5ft 6in and size 150# the red ones are not long enough for me and the other two pairs are long enough. I won't tumble dry them again to make sure they don't shrink any more. although I wanted something I could throw in the dryer. Pros: Comfortable, comes out of the dryer great, nice fabric, stretchy, and drawstring.
