SETTINGS: I've tried all kinds of settings on the Xbox and on my monitor to see if I can fix this issue. This occurs at 120 and 60 fps, all color intervals, and either manual or automatic display detection. A NOTICE. Disconnecting USB power does not cause the monitor to lose signal. I am curious if I may have a defective product. I've also tried plugging the USB into a different power source in case the Xbox somehow cuts power. FINAL THOUGHTS: Due to the wear and tear of my plug having to be unplugged and plugged back in and the disruptions this causes when gaming. Maybe it's just better to stick to 60fps over HDMI. In any case, not all games currently support 120, so you won't win much. With my monitor in particular, I have to unplug the HDMI connector from the back of the monitor to connect my computer, so toggling is annoying.
