I have sensitive skin and eyes and thought this would be a great product for removing long wear waterproof eyeliner and mascara. Well, technically it works. However, it is not good for sensitive skin or eyes. First, the cotton pad is very abrasive. Second, the make-up remover stings terribly. Third, you need to rub a little to remove something waterproof. (Which is not at all comfortable with an abrasive cotton pad and a stinging makeup remover. As a product for sensitive skin, this is a major FAILURE. Neutrogena's non-greasy eye makeup remover, although a bit harsh on my skin, does a better job with fewer scratches and tingles.
