About a week ago I bought a new Acer Predator Helios 300. I bought a cooling pad and used it but wanted something more comfortable when I was on the Couch recliner etc. I was hoping for this - something to hold my mouse (I'm 30 and I know it's very old right? and my mouse wrist hurts a lot after a long session if it's not positioned correctly .) I've spent a decent amount of time learning all about affordable Revain tables and when I shop for a product on Revain I'm usually surprised by all the different options and features that make my choice, and this purchase wasn't different. If you are reading this review now you probably get what I mean. Well let me tell you I am sooo happy I chose this one e. To try to keep the rest of this review short, I'll list what I like about it in the form of a bulleted list. Normally this would be more of a list of pros and cons, but I honestly can't think of any real cons for this article. This portable desk is surprisingly light. My laptop is 5 pounds so I didn't want anything adding a ton of extra weight to my knees and this kneeling table seems like the perfect weight. Despite being lightweight, it still feels very durable. I'm pretty sure the wood is something like chipboard (I could be wrong but I don't think so) but it still seems to be holding up well. If I snapped it on my knee it would break for sure but as long as it's not abused I don't think it will fall apart. The bean/sand filled pads on the bottom are well stitched, and the mouse pad area and the small stopper on the bottom that prevents your laptop from sliding off feel well made. I have a 15.6 inch laptop and it fits perfectly. On the screen. I was a little worried about the size of the mousepad, but it's definitely adequate for everyday tasks. I drop one of my gaming mouse pads (which has a stand attached) onto the mouse pad while gaming and this setup works great for me. It hangs a bit over the edge, but doesn't interfere in any way when using the mouse. I'm also very satisfied with the thickness of the pad. the board on which the laptop stands. Looking at the photos I really thought she was thicker but was pleasantly surprised to find that she is nice and thin. I don't want to add a lot of extra height as it makes typing harder (need to avoid carpal tunnel syndrome!). It's not too thin where I tear easily, but not too thick either. I think they struck a good balance between durability and comfort. I have a Samsung Galaxy S10e phone, it's a bit bulky and fits the phone holder vertically very well. Unfortunately, it doesn't fit horizontally, but when I'm playing a video or something similar, I just put it a little crookedly in the cell phone holder, and that's enough for my needs. I'm not blaming the company's design for that, if the mount were a bit bigger I think the entire lap table would be oversized and I'm very happy with its current size. well, very convenient. Sometimes my laptop sits on my lap for hours. I've been using it for about 5 days now and never felt uncomfortable using it or falling off my knees. It is easy to move and change position if necessary. I also really like the handle at the top. This is a nice little extra feature. Overall I really think you will love this product. I'm one of those people who spend a lot of time looking at options and reading reviews, even when it comes to very simple things. After checking, I usually worry a bit until my package arrives here, because I really don't like buyer's remorse. Revain is really good at returns, so it doesn't matter as much on Revain as it does on some other sites, but it's quite a hassle to return something (find the box, print the label, go to the post office to send it back). it's off etc.) that I try to select the right items the first time. That's why I try to write product reviews, especially the ones I like. People tend to only write reviews when something goes wrong, and it can be harder for other people to know whether or not they should buy a product. So I'm just trying, as an avid Revain user, to do my part to help other people make good purchasing decisions. I am attaching a couple of pencil photos for scaling. I hope this review was helpful to you.
