Nikon Coolpix S570 - Excellent Digital Camera

I bought the Nikon Coolpix S570 on May 5th, 2010. I read the worst reviews first and then the best. I was hesitant to buy this model due to some bad reviews, but chose Nikon because the 5 star reviews were more compelling and the camera had all the features I needed at the right price. My first digital camera was the Canon Sureshot and I was so happy with it that I wanted another Canon. I have to admit that my only problem with Canon was that the batteries didn't work! After learning my lesson, I realized I needed a digital camera with its own ion rechargeable battery and charger. I've been reviewing digital cameras for over a year now and Canon has always been outside of my budget. When I saw Nikons on sale, I started looking at different models. I was impressed with the look of the box it came in; quality was written on it for me. I was not disappointed. I read the full manual before using my new camera. I am very happy with this Nikon model because: 1. the instructions are very practical 2. the camera is compact, with a large display with large inscriptions and the buttons are not too small. 3. Very easy to use. 4. It has many useful features. 5. Great shots. 6. The photo was taken without any delay. 7. The ion battery charges in 30 minutes, although the manual says it charges in 1 hour. 8. It comes with a video cable that allows me to watch videos on my TV. 9. I can upload a photo to my laptop or to a printer and print the photos. 10. Software installed successfully. 11. The software is user-friendly. Photographed immediately and downloaded with no problems. I'll be taking some outdoor photos next week and I'm sure I'll be happy with all the photos. This is a great digital camera and I highly recommend it.
