Used with a Tamron 100-400 mm lens and Tamron tripod adapter. But foot of the Tamron tripod adapter is too short and too far back on the lens, so it is impossible to balance lens+camera on gimbal head with Arca Swiss plate. The 84 mm long Haoge plate provides the necessary length. It also has the vitally important safety stoppers on the bottom surface of the slider plate, preventing the lens+camera from sliding off the ArcaSwiss adapter clamp. Simple device, and seems well made. Works well.
