Excellent buy for the money. I love this blanket. I've had this blanket for four years now. I love him more every day. This is the fluffiest, puffiest and most wonderful blanket I have ever had. I don't lose any down from this quilt. no smell It goes perfectly with both duvet covers I bought. Although there are no loops to attach to the duvet cover, I believe they are not needed. The duvet doesn't move any more than a pillow in a pillowcase. I shake it and fluff it up every morning and it sits beautifully on the bed. It's so tempting! I have purchased several 100% cotton duvet covers for this duvet over the years. I find that this allows the duvet to breathe properly. Both of my grandchildren love this blanket. It says something when two little boys comment on a blanket! You will not regret this purchase! Not me! I would definitely buy again! So worth every penny!
