4.75 stars! That's actually the perfect height for my kitchen. a bit uncomfortable getting up and down, I mostly put my hand on a cupboard or something to hold on to, but I can reach anything! Love it! I've also found that I can just sit on the stool when I'm tending to something in the oven, ie roasting it to give it a final crisp, where 10 seconds can make a difference at the perfect height. My only complaint is that the pop up function is very impractical due to the shape of the holes which match up unlike the shorter stools that have one side sticking out. It's always a two-hand function. it might be for strength reasons, but if that changed, this would be my favorite kitchen stool.
