First my glass arrived today and I couldn't inspect it before the courier left because they don't have to unpack it for you. Crate. It was professionally packaged and handled so well by the shipping company that even the outer box came out intact. It took a few minutes to unpack, but the jar was in perfect condition and really pretty (super heavy). I love glass but what I really appreciate is the service. A few days earlier I received a call to confirm the date and time of delivery, then again the day before and then a call from the courier saying he was on his way. As you can imagine, I was called after delivery to make sure I was happy with the service. I am more than happy. A company that really focuses on service and cares about keeping its customers happy.
