Review on 🪑 Natural EdgeMod Triskele End Table by Jennifer Whalen

I contacted Poly and Bark when my original table broke. Their customer service was great and they just asked for my pictures of the issues and then they processed the table replacement the same day. I was informed when it was shipped and the new table arrived within a week of reporting the problem. The exchange took about 10 minutes and was perfect. Initial rating (1 star): My table had 2 problems. The first of the legs never cuts the threads at the end. Makes it impossible to finish the foundation. Then the second attached screws are not long enough to go through the legs and attach the top. Also, the Allen key that came with it doesn't fit the screws, so it looks like the wrong screws were included. It's a shame, because I think the table would go very well in my room. I contacted the manufacturer to see what they could do. I hope to update this review once they reply or if I have to return the table.
