Exactly what the description is. I love that there are 48 pieces. I literally lose headbands left and right so these were perfect for me! I have so many that I gave away a bunch to the girls in my family. These headbands are super comfortable and they don't hurt to have on for a while. They're not made of steel, so you shouldn't be pulling on it like the hulk, otherwise it will break. Highly recommend. Also, you have a variety of color for whatever outfit you might have in mind. I just wear these for when I'm lounging in my house.
