wow! Well! SO! This package comes very small packed, I was surprised at how small it is! All points are there but infact! Holy cow, that thing was CLEAN! It was great to know that my utensils were completely cleaned before arrival, the needle was very dirty, you can't thread the stem onto the needle, but I had no PROBLEM! Just put the bar on the pin and squeeze, but comments about it not fitting aren't a deal breaker! it was a little painful but not terrible and definitely not boring. The clamps were a little stiff when clamped. Everything else is alright. The bar on the tongue ring is a bit small but nothing I or anyone else can't handle should be able to handle the swelling. It's been about 30 minutes and my tongue hurts a little but other than that everything is perfect! definitely worth the price, sterile and painless. Get this set!
