Didn't use them for music, bought them to listen to audio books while cycling or doing housework. The key feature for me is that the earbuds can be used independently and are also identical so each can be used in either ear. So if one of them runs out of battery, put it back in the reload case and use the next one. The sound quality is normal for audio books. The battery life is quite good, with a fresh charge it easily lasts for 2-3 hours of driving. What I don't like is that they don't fit in my ears as well as I would like. I fixed this by replacing the round rubber liner with a tapered flanged one that works better. They are not very durable: if you drop the charging case or earbud on a hard surface, they will most likely break. But I was able to reassemble the case. The headphone I dropped on the tile floor stuck back together and still works perfectly. So it is good! I wish they were a little bigger. However, they work so well for me that I bought a second set after losing one of the headphones in the drain pump hole. (I didn't use my good cone/flange headphones with it at the time.)
