Second update: We noticed that there should be a change in how the cartridge works with the previous line of cartridges. After replacing them all, we can now replace them one by one with new ones. I'm not sure why, but we're good now. Update: A replacement from Revain arrived yesterday and the same problem occurs! It still doesn't match all other colors. I am very disappointed as I was a happy customer who highly recommended this brand to others. Now I'm a week without toner and I don't know which brand to try. I bought this package and the cartridges are labeled differently. When I installed the cyan cartridge and printed, the cyan color was not properly calibrated with the other colors. (See delivery status page). I updated the firmware, calibrated the printer and reinstalled the cartridge. He does the same thing over and over again. I sent a Revain ticket for an exchange.
