I hate to leave negative reviews about a product until I give it a chance. I am very disappointed in this machine. This was the worst experience I have had with any typewriter I have ever used. The first one I received broke after one page of typing. I sent it back for another one and the cartridge stopped printing after about 25 pages printed. I sent a double pack of cartridges, printed a word, and it turned out to be defective. So I tried another cartridge, nothing. I tried calling Brother Typewriter Support but the automated call didn't help. I should have spent my money on a more expensive typewriter closer to home. I have a broken typewriter and a deadline I'm going to miss! My advice? save your money
