If the insoles get wet, you're stuck.
I loved this product at first, but when we used it, the insole got wet (the opening is wide) and my son's feet were cold all day. There was also no way to dry it, you just had to wait. But we couldn't, it was raining. So we were stuck in wet rubber boots. Which, um, totally defeats the purpose! Maybe I'll buy him another pair, all rubber.
