Doesn't hold ANYTHING heavy

Worked fine for a few days then broke. I used it to hold my laptop bag. In their defence, they make no claims of viability. I was hoping it would be more durable since it's metal. and,,,My laptop bag is heavy (as an engineer, I carry a lot of things). I expect this will work well for lighter bags.
