Not for a toddler with a belly… tray will not fit.

My daughter is 17 months old and weighs 30 pounds. She is 34 inches tall. The tray when snapped in place pushes her little belly in about an inch or more. We can not use it with the tray sadly, but we did use just the chair and let her eat off of the table in front of her instead!

Pros

I use it for a stool In my kitchen. Strap my daughter in and its perfect.

Cons

The tray may be difficult to attach and detach
