A gift gone bad but great CS and issue fixed
My daughter put this on her Christmas list and She flipped when she saw it. Hopped on it 3×4 times all in soft carpet. Never overfilled w.air. and she went to hop on it today and it exploded. She is FAR below the weight limit and fell and hit her head. Needless to say extreme disappointment from her and not too happy myself. Update 12/29 Customer service was amazing had a new one at my door step in a couple days and she us back to hopping with no issues.
