I'm 5'3 probably 165 that's because of hips and butt. Anyway it really pulls my tummy in and looks great in clothing it doesn't look like I'm wearing a shaper I just look like a badd chic lol! The thong part is uncomfortable I guess because my butt is big, so I wouldn't suggest wearing it more than a few hours.
