Easy to assemble. But overall disappointed. Scream detection, which we never use. Why? First, subtract any times your baby wakes up because they need to do something โ like feeding, changing, dressing โ they probably won't go back to sleep because something's wrong. And you probably don't want them to go back to sleep. We found that they rarely woke up and there was nothing wrong with them that you want to fix. You can really tell that's the main feature and the rest feels belated: the buttons are plastic, oddly LOUD, unintuitive and not easy to use when you're tired at 3am. But the biggest disappointment is the rocking function. We really like this feature. The only problem is that even after 6 months this thing still sounds like some kind of noisy, cranky machine that's tormenting your baby with constant clicking back and forth. Tonight a family member called me at work and the phone was so loud I had to ask if it was really a bassinet. Wasn't always that loud, and I didn't have to look for bugs or figure out how to make the $300 cradleโsomething baby sleeps soundly in. I tracked down the source of the rattle and it's a loose slip joint that can't be tightened enough. The sounds are really disappointing. They help sometimes but sound harsh and cheap because I think they come from a cheap little speaker. Our baby cam sounds MUCH better, and there's also a tiny speaker in the camera body, so there's no good reason the bassinet sound quality is so bad. The vibration function is also cheap - just a small motor in the middle of the bed. Sometimes we use sounds and the vibration function because sometimes they really help the baby to fall asleep, but not always. It puts baby to sleep one time and won't disturb them the next, so don't think you can push a few buttons and they go to dreamland every time. At least not us. Last but not least (and most importantly) plastic wheels aren't the best either. When we happen to drag him to another room, we usually drag him awkwardly with one hand while holding the child in the other. The wheels don't turn well so they drag and get caught on floor mats etc. All in all, you get wine recognition that you'll probably never use again after a while, with a bunch of other semi-finished features that you either won't like or won. I don't use often. The best feature, the rocking movement, is poorly designed due to the noise.
