My granddaughter lives in leggings and these navy blue Splendid leggings have become one of her favorites. They are lightweight and fit snugly to the body without stretching or bagging. They look best under dresses or long tunics/sweaters and can be worn all year round. These are full length leggings that come down to the ankle. Splendid is a slightly more expensive designer but she has a few clothes from her collection and they are all very well cared for and are passed on to younger cousins and friends when she outgrows them because they never fall apart or deteriorate. look worn out.
