**Two minor issues with this product are detailed at the bottom of this review** This is a great device. It took several attempts on my Samsung S21 Ultra to get the device to play music from my phone and play game sound. But once I started, everything was fine. Regarding Team Chat, I know that several other customers have had issues using the microphone in their headphones with this device. TBH me too. But it doesn't matter. If you're using Android, you can set it up in your media controls to use your phone's microphone when playing audio through your headphones. I haven't tried the device's built-in microphone. But that's not the device's fault. It has to do with the device drivers of your phone or computer. But other than that, this unit works and looks exactly as described. Shipping was fast and customer service is great. They were available for all my questions. One of the things I would like to improve is the case. The case is a soft nylon case cover. This does little to protect the device. And because it's so small, if this case breaks in your pocket or something else because it's sticking out, the USB-C connector will detach instantly. This thing is so small it really needs a stronger case. Especially since children under the age of 16 make up over 70% of Switch users. The second issue is that if the port is on the bottom of the switch, it would also help to add small protrusions on either side of the USB-C port that could line up with the holes on either side for more stability. Again due to the fact that kids are rude. Without these two issues, this would be an absolute 5 star product. But overall it's a fantastic product, better than the other two devices I've tried and I have no regrets.
