Review on Sotek Compatible PGI 280XXL CLI 281XXL 281 by Shawn Martin

All cartridges except 1 changed. Works perfectly! I'm not sure how many pages I can print. But hopefully I'll print a lot of magazines before I have to buy new ones. UPDATED REVIEW: Print quality is good overall. I have a sticker shop so I print every day. However, my stars are ONLY for customer support. If Sotek gets in touch and helps with my problem I will update my stars. I emailed a few days ago and received no reply, which has prompted me to only provide an updated review. I have bought this product several times. I was a fan of the color and the price especially since my printer requires 6 ink cartridges to run. I have nothing against generic brands as my warranty and extended warranty have expired. That being said, I recently had to disable 1 cartridge from the low ink notification. I understand that it was necessary to change EVERYTHING that was fully used. BIG RIGHT! Change all inks, all are recognized by my Canon except 1. (M)281XXL. Tried putting the old one back in several times, Boom will recognize it. But stupidity is empty. mmmhhh take the old one out and put the new one in. No, it reads blank. UGH company email from the information in the box no response. Now double disappointment. Now I open another box from the same company to use (M) and bam it reads and now I'm back in business. I have a BRAND NEW (M) cartridge that is unreadable and unusable and the company has not responded to my email. So my next order: do I stay with Sotek or do I find a new seller with equal or better quality and customer service? That's right lol, how do you say it, I got an email from the company, it ended up in my spam. They helped me get my inks and cartridges working again. It sucks to a degree because I bought Canon brand inks and the print quality is exactly the same. Just double the price. So as long as I can buy from this brand I would buy. For a small business owner, price and value are very important. Their prices are well within my range. I definitely recommend this company. **This is not a paid review.
