I was looking for a smaller steamer to replace the full size Jiffy Steamer. The Jiffy clothes steamer is an excellent steamer and is considered the gold standard among steamers. I'm cleaning my house and I want a steamer with at least the same performance as the Jiffy but in a smaller package. I read a lot of reviews about other vapers but decided to go with a branded device. Although it was twice as expensive as a similar steamer. Almost equal. I didn't want to risk the quality and safety of unknown brands. One of the features I'm looking for was the auto off feature. I have more security with an Electrolux product. The vapor output is better than the Jiffy J-2000. The steam is pumped out of the Electrolux steamer by a motor. I didn't know what the "pump off steam" description meant. The vapor output of the Electoux was superior to the Jiffy in volume and pump speed. I am happy with this purchase. The Electrolux had big shoes to fill and exceeded my expectations.
