I wanted a specially designed charging station with a servant so that we could drop keys, wallet, glasses etc - there also had to be a block compartment power supply (USB -connectors) and where to shove all the cables. It fits the bill, and it's attractive enough. It is ideal for phones, batteries, iPad. Cons: (1) Slides easily over counters - even a power cord coming out from the back will cause the thing to bend (won't stay flush with the wall). I fixed this by routing the power cord through the side slots. I'm also planning to buy small rubber/silicone pads to increase friction =1-2&keywords=bumpers+for+glass+tables+tops).(2) That can be picky, but I find the valet sections a bit deep - me wish there was an option with one less slot on the back and more "tray" footprint. but of course this would reduce the area available for power supply.
