I had a big problem with my Lenovo Ideapad 330s laptop: the speakers were faint and weak. No upgrades have changed anything. I just wanted to be able to listen to my YouTube videos without keeping my head 4ft from my laptop. But I didn't want to lug around bulky speakers that might need an extra USB cable, clip or whatever. It seemed like the perfect solution: simple, battery powered, rechargeable. Just turn it on, plug it in and get started. I rolled the dice and bought this thing hoping it would do. I was not disappointed. About twice as much as the standard 330 speakers. I see some people in the reviews claiming it's still not loud enough for them. Come on, what do you want, is it the size of a plum? However, I could hardly believe it because of the size, I had to turn down the volume immediately after plugging it in, it was LOUD.
