The product is fine (this is an Arrow, generally good quality). These are washers, one side "done" and intended for the front. I only bought them here because I needed them immediately for a project. A tip: buy on eBay. These are the same aluminum discs that you can get in bulk (for 3x the price of that 30k you can get 500-1000). The rivet itself (the handle, not the mandrel/shank) is of the same type. If you mix aluminum with stainless steel for friction (washer vs. rivet) you can get metallurgical reactions over time (usually steel eats aluminum).
