Review on X-Large Chilly Dog Red Cable Sweater for Dogs by Diane Hubert

Five stars for the sweater itself - well made and beautiful. As a knitter I understand that all handmade sweaters are not created equal in style and size as these garments are made in a fair way. If you want, it's better to buy a machine-made sweater. I ordered this for my 7# Chihuahua and she was too big - she could come right out of the leg holes and the body was quite big too. I fixed it by sewing them on a bit. The problem is that neither the sweater nor the plastic bag it came in had a size listed, leading me to believe that the sweater was "tricky" taken from storage and shipped. It's not the knitter's fault, it's the poor quality control in the warehouse. If this sweater is X-Small then the Great Dane size should fit! I would order this again if the size can be marked correctly so the correct one is sent.
