I bought this mount when I need to use my phone for GPS in the car. I actually only needed one mount as I already use the TAB-FSM Tablet Seat Bolt Mount and already have another mount for my Nexus 7. However, the Note 3 is large enough for 95% of my daily needs and Nexus 7 usage while at work. It would be nice to use a little more than kill when driving across the state or for a multi-state trip. The mount itself is perfect for the Note 3 and when attached to either this mount or the TAB-FSM tablet screw mount. allows 360° rotation. One thing I had to do with the mount was that I had to gorilla glue the attachable and adjustable 4 fingers as they slide in and out quite easily. I also added an NFC tag to the mount so that the CarHome Ultra app launches automatically when the phone is connected.
