I received my stand yesterday and was very pleased with how easy it was to understand how it worked. I liked the fact that there were simple raising and lowering instructions. I already had a desk that I really liked, but it was too low and my leash was always looking down due to the position of my hands. I highly recommend it if you don't want to spend big but want to be able to move to a seated/standing position while you work.
