Good quality, complex size.
Slightly small. I bought size 24 months to 4 years for my son who is about 2 years and 9 months old. Although it fitted well around his neck, the bow itself seemed too small on him. It has a slightly larger than average head, which may have contributed to the bow appearing small. I ordered a size 4-7 which looked much more appropriate. However, when tightly dressed, they were almost too large around the neck (but they could be worn). "Navy Blue" is gray rather than blue.
