UPDATE: After my initial one star rating, the company quickly contacted me and offered a replacement cartridge set and a refund. I have accepted replacement cartridges. Unfortunately they didn't work for me either. After that, the company promptly returned the money. I'm updating my rating to four stars to highlight the excellent customer service (five stars) and the fact that the cartridges didn't work for me (- one star). That being said, if you're looking for cheap cartridges, I would at least try these. FIRST CHECK: These cartridges do not work with my HP 8610. The printer recognizes them but thinks they are damaged. Unfortunately I missed my return window.
